Important note on Healthy Fats and Omega 3s

For those who might not have seen my edit to the earlier post on Omega 3s here it is:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Oils, such as soy, corn, safflower, cottonseed and canola, though high in ALA, should be avoided or consumed in very small amounts. FLAXSEED, PUMPKIN, WALNUT AND OTHER NUT OILS ARE A MUCH BETTER CHOICE.
